4.5 stars!! What a great book!! So many secrets, questions and lies. And it's all factored around Matthew a ten month old little boy and his mother. I pretty much sped through this thing when I had the chance to read. There were so many things going on and I was so hungry to know what the heck was going on.
I found the story writing to be great, duh, it's Linwood Barclay, and the character development was great. Although I am a little pissed that I didn't get to discover what the ex-mayor was up to. Apparently that will happen in the next book and I can't wait to see him go down.
I would like to thank Penguin Group/NAL and Net Galley for allowing me to read and review this book. I found it very entertaining, enjoyable and a helluva good read. I definintely recommend it!
