This was my first book by Jane Linfoot. When I heard her compared to Sophia Kinsella, I was all over it. Although I do have to say it's more like her pseudonym books of Madeline Wicksham, but still Sophia.
The main female characters consisted of a group of three women who had a co-op sort of thing going where they sold antiques. A place I would love to shop!! The characters are very endearing and a great group of friends. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them.
While there are three women, the author focuses on one of them for the most part. Izzy, who has determined she will never get married and then she meets Xander. She's stubborn, independent and doesn't take any crap. He's rich and does not want a relationship because people only love him for his money. There are a few steamy parts in here which I was able to skip over and still get the gist of it.
This was definitely an entertaining read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Harper Collins and Net Galley for allowing me to read and review this book!
