This wasn't the best book I've read by this author. I remember reading "Devil Wears Prada" thinking this has GOT to be a movie. That's how good I thought it was. This one, not so much. For me, it just didn't have the oomph in it. It had pretty much the same premise, but I just don't think this one worked. At least not for me.
It was a good story and I was entertained and enjoyed reading it albeit a little slow at first. But this was not her best work, but still better than a lot of other books I've read. Maybe it was just the subject matter for me. I think tennis boring, so that may have been a factor as well. This is just my opinion and you know the saying - everybody. . .
Thanks Simon & Schuster and Net Galley for providing me with a free e-galley in exchange for an honest review.
