#GRIDLEYGIRLS AVAILABLE 6/21/16 LOVED IT! 4 STARS! @MeredithFirst @GoSparkPress I thought this book was very well written and really captured the spirit, the dreams, the questions, the teenage angst and the fears of the unknown of the main character, Meg. She is easily someone I could see myself hanging out with as a teenager. The emotion meter went to the extreme both ways in this book. The tissues were brought out and I nearly peed my pants laughing at some of the hilarious scenes. And, of course, there were a lot of chuckles and bruises along the way.
I loved all the sarcastic remarks and just the simple innuendoes like yes, Meg's dad did live in a sorority. It was certainly a delightful read that I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves to read about friends who grow up together and stay together through thick and thin. And believe me, these girls went through a lot of trials and tribulations just like most teenagers.
