4.5 stars!!! Man, can a group of women get catty. Thankfully that's just a very small part of this book. Four women brought together by one ad in the library paper. A book club, but not necessarily about books. When I first started reading this book, I had mixed feelings. What a boring group of women. Then the one that I did like turned monstrous and the one I didn't like turned human. And once their stories and personalities started coming out, they were not boring at all. I want to be a part of this group!!
I can't think of a negative about this book. It was a great feel good, touchy feely book with a great cast of characters. I'm terribly sad that it's over, I wasn't ready to say goodbye. They all helped each other so much, that reading it just brings a slight tear or two to your eyes. The story was certainly believable because everyone knows someone just like them. It was truly an enjoyable and entertaining book which I highly recommend.
