Thanks Net Galley and Atria Books for allowing me to read this galley and post my honest review.
I can't believe this was my first book by John Connolly. It will not be my last. There were a lot of subplots going on in this book and a lot of twists and turns. This being the 12th book in the Charlie Parker series and the fact that it did not take away from the story only speaks volumes for the author. And apparently after reading several reviews, the bad guys were featured in previous books and still that didn't take away from my enjoyment.
If you haven't read John Connolly, now is the time. Charlie Parker is a great character and I hope there is a number 13!!! I will definitely be looking to read the latter books in this series!!
